3. User Accounts & Registration

4. Subscriptions & Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
MyCodey offers monthly and annual subscription plans, including:

Each plan includes a set number of “Credits” used to access AI queries and premium features. Unused credits may roll over according to plan terms.
4.2 Payment & Renewal
- Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- No refunds will be provided for partial use of a billing period, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
4.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing for any plan with at least 30 days’ notice via email or website announcement. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including:
- Generating content that promotes discrimination, violence, or illegal acts;

- Impersonating others or providing false information.

9. Limitation of Liability
